Fun • Approachable • Fresh

Kat and Kregg really knew how to bring the fun to their Palm Springs inspired wedding at SKYLIGHT! They took advantage of getting married in the Santa Fe Art District of Denver, taking inspiration from the colorful murals and the eclectic vibe of the neighborhood. We loved their design and collaborated with the in-house planner to bring it to life. For their ceremony space, later transformed to a dance floor, we created a botanical, mid-century modern backdrop pairing highlights of tropical leaves with hanging carnation strands. After hearing that the groom loves plants, we added touches of potted plants to sit beside the couple as they shared their vows. Hanging overhead were whimsical greenery chandeliers speckled with the oranges of reds of their color palette. Those colors were showcased throughout the rest of the room in bright bud vases and artistic arrangements filled with in-season blooms such as ranunculus, icelandic poppies, and tulips. The vibrant colors were most prominent in Kat’s bridal bouquet and we loved adding special details and textures to the flower selection with the spunky pin cushion protea and delicate bupleurum. We love it when a colorful concept comes together, and it was such a joy to help with Kat and Kregg’s delightful wedding!
