A Full-Service Floral Experience

We specialize in full-service weddings, working with you to dream into a truly custom experience from start to finish. We begin by curating a planning process that illuminates your unique relationship and style. Our highly visual proposal gives you confidence and transparency for booking, planning, and making adjustments along the way. On your wedding day, our team of talented designers will be there to create custom installations and on-site styling to ensure every detail is beyond your expectations!

Peak Season Minimums*

Pricing

  • $6,000 Full-Service minimum within 5 miles of Project Floral’s Studio

  • $7,000 Full-Service minimum within 1 hour of Denver

  • $8,500 for Colorado Springs and Estes Park Weddings

  • $10,000 minimum for Mountain Weddings (Winter Park, Vail, Etc.)

*For Off- Season (end of October-mid-May), inquire directly for promotional rates

This is Our Process

Planning Services

  • Complimentary in-person or virtual consultation
  • Receive a complimentary, visual proposal with a custom color palette, inspiration photos, design details, and transparent pricing
  • Unlimited communication regarding floral design planning (email, phone, and/or virtual calls)
  • Finalizing meeting, in-person or virtual, to review and finalize design elements (~75 days from the wedding)

  • Strike team to return at the end of the event to clean up and collect all floral designs and installs

Petite Offerings

We have a-la-carte Petite Offerings beginning at $2000 for couples who want amazing personals and individual items that do not need delivery or set-up. Every event we design is priced item by item and unique to the couples we work with; we create designs with the best in-season blooms in our signature Project Floral Style!

Pick-up of these pre-ordered designs are available at our studio located at 350 N. Santa Fe Dr. We will work with you to coordinate a pick-up time and safely package your flowers for you to transport to your event.
