Seasonal • Natural • Unique
Cassidy and Patrick’s July wedding was a gorgeous fresh take on a Colorado summer, and every part of it was stunning! The unique design style took inspiration from unique plants, paired with an unexpected mix of earthy-bold flowers and textures. A palette of soft yellows, terracotta, greens, with hints of peach and light blue showcased The Broadmoor’s Cheyenne Lodge with its incredible scenic views!
At their open-air ceremony, collections of unique potted plants styled the aisle. Cassidy and Patrick shared their vows in front of a dramatic ground arch, filled with splashes of color and unexpected floral shapes and textures, enhancing the mountain backdrop behind them. Cassidy held a bouquet of complimentary flowers in bright summer tones and earthy terracotta, but with elevated moments of white anemones and pin cushion proteas.
The dynamic and welcoming blooms and plants continued into their cocktail hour and reception space. We partnered with House of Wilde to create a custom photo backdrop moss wall accented with ferns which Cassidy and Patrick requested to treat their guests with fun photo ops! To highlight House of Wilde’s beautiful, modern-boho cocktail lounge furniture, we set a dynamic arrangement, including blooms of funky kangaroo paws, classic garden roses, and summery echinacea.
Moving inside, we collaborated again with House of Wilde to style whimsical greenery around the rattan lanterns enhancing the venue’s traditional rustic chandeliers. Atop the tables, we combined unique potted plants with whimsical flower arrangements and colored candlelight, all blending into such a warm and inviting ambiance. Every moment of Cassidy and Patrick’s day was filled with natural beauty and love and we are so honored to have been a part of it!
